Seller's Payment Instructions

We accept Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks. MC-Companies prefers PayPal

Please make all checks payable to MC-Companies. All orders paid by check will be held 10 business days prior to being shipped. If paying by check or money order, please let us know.

Payment is expected with seven (7) days after the close of the auction. If you require more time, please let us know.

All orders shipped to an Illinois address must include 6.25% sales tax.

If you combine your payment (PayPal, Credit Card, check, or money order) when purchasing more than one item, we will discount your shipping charge. In order for you to receive the discount shipping charges, please make sure that you allow e-mails from kclontz@mc-companies. com, as we will send an invoice for payment. DO NOT USE THE INVOICE SYSTEM from the auction site, we will send an invoice with the combined shipping for the items purchased.

Shipping and Handling

Buyers pay shipping & handling charges which are listed below. Buyers please send us your Name and Shipping Address. This allows us to verify that we are shipping to the location you want. We will not ship until the Buyer provides their information.

If we do not hear from you within seven (7) days, we will assume you do not intend to honor your bid and the item may be relisted for sale. Any non-payment bidders will receive negative feedback.

Insurance is added solely at winning bidder's request (unless specified on the actual auction). However, we recommend insurance on all orders over $50.00. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing shipments (unless insurance was purchased).

We do not ship this item to locations outside the United States at this time. MC-Companies reserves the right to ship by any delivery carrier of its choice. We choose the delivery service based on the most efficient manner of delivery as determined by us before shipment.

Notification & Delivery Schedule

Normal orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and we normally ship all orders within two business weeks. Custom orders require an additional 5 business days for delivery. If shipping is delayed for a longer period (other than the time listed above), you will be notified by e-mail with the approximate delivery date.

If you have a spam blocker on your e-mail account, please allow e-mails from sales@mc-companies.com to be accepted. This will allow you to receive the notifications that we send:

• when your order has been received
• when an invoice is issued
• when requesting that you verify your order and buyer's information
• when we received your payment
• when your order has been shipped

Returns

We will always accept returns of unsatisfactory items. However, returns must meet all of the following requirement or they will be returned to sender:

• Goods must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. Check your order when it arrives!! Refunds will not be issued after 7 days, regardless of the reason.
• Goods must be accompanied by customer number, invoice number, and date. Please include a copy of the invoice as this information will be printed on it.
• Goods must be in original condition!
• Goods must be packed in a box or heavily padded mailer. We do not accept goods damaged in return shipping. We will automatically reject any returns received in regular envelopes.

We are not responsible for postage on returned items and we will not accept returns of special order items, unless the wrong item was sent.

The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made.
