Approximate Dimensions of the Touchstone Pottery Saint Jude oval Patron Saints porcelain necklace is:
Patron of lost or impossible causes and hospitals. (Died 1st century)
Saint Jude (a.k.a. Thaddaeus) was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus. Brother of St. James and St. Simon, he is usually pictured with a flame above his head to represent his presence at Penecost. He preached the Gospel Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, where he was martyred. His patronage of lost or impossible causes is due to a letter he wrote in the New Testament which stresses that the faithful should persevere, even under desperate circumstances.
This handcrafted round piece is fired into the clay at 2200, producing remarkable clarity and ceramic-hard durability that will not peel or wear off. Each is surprisingly lightweight, finished to a satin touch and comfortable to wear.
The Touchstone Pottery Saint Jude oval Patron Saints porcelain necklace comes packaged in a gift box with a card describing the story of the saint. The Touchstone Pottery necklace has a silver tone bale that will accommodate a variety of chains cords, or wires (check size above), if you want to replace the cord.
